OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The Community is at the heart of everything we do at SaintsSouthwest. From Community Football sessions, Multi-Sport camps, school fetes to fundraising.

We are always looking at ways to develop and improve the communities we all live in.

What underpins our Community programmes?

1. FUN - Having fun is an important part of any Saints Southwest session. Enthusing children to continue attending and inspiring life long physical activity.

2. EDUCATIONAL- Our sessions help to develop young brains, with number counting, colour recognition, memory games and many more types consistently involved in our sessions. We also ensure young people understand our values to help them flourish in life.

3. HEALTH & WELLBEING - With obesity and cases of mental health in young people, we encourage young people to lead a healthy and active lifestyle throughout our Community sessions, stressing how important early fitness is to give your child the best possible start in life.
